Colorful, fresh cocktails that pack a punch.
There is nothing like a refreshing beverage – am I right? With Spring upon us, it is time to break out the fresh fruit and herbs and get to mixing! This month we are focusing not only the cocktails but also the colors. Watermelons, blueberries, and blackberries are all part of the fun in this month’s cocktail corner. Join in as we put a little ‘sprig’ in our step with delicious and fragrant cocktails.

Watermelon Mojito
This fresh and delightful cocktail by lifestyle blogger Julie Blanner, is super easy and oh so delicious. Mojitos are a go-to for those who love a minty and fresh moment, but add watermelon, and – get the Fendi out of here!
So good, and the colors are divine. Perfect for a Spring picnic, baby shower, or brunch, this cocktail is just the right balance of LUXY and ease. Bonus, this recipe can also be made for frozen drink lovers!
For our Sober Sisters, replace the rum with your favorite watermelon-flavored carbonated drink.
Phil’s Blueberry Spring Sour
Spring is not Spring without berries. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries galore will be hitting our supermarkets any day now. One of my favorite memories with my sister is going out to local farms and picking blueberries – filling up our buckets to the brim all while stuffing our faces. We were blueberries by time we were done, hands and face covered in that beautiful aubergine color. But I digress.
This cocktail by Phillip Schofield of the Craft Gin Club, is full of robust flavors from infusing berry flavored gin with fresh blueberries and lemon juice. To add a pop of color and flavor to any Spring-time drink, add frozen blueberries.
For our Sober Sisters, replace the gin with blueberry juice and a splash of lemon lime soda. Enjoy!
Blackberry, Mint, and Cucumber Gin Spritzer
I live for a cucumber infused drink. It is instantly recognizable and beyond refreshing. It is no wonder they serve cucumber water at every spa on the planet!
This cocktail from The Broken Bread is a delightful fusion of fruit, mint, and cucumber, and it practically screams drink me. We all love a good spritzer, but this little number elevates your experience to a LUXYMOM® level and is a sure crowd pleaser.
For our Sober Sisters, replace the gin with La Croix carbonated soda and a little raspberry juice for an extra kick. I tried soaking the cucumber in the carbonated drink and the flavor smacked me in the face. I felt like I was eating a fresh fruit salad. Divine!
Now, go forth, LUXYMOM® – put a little sprig in your step and make one of these yummy cocktails from our cocktail corner today!
