Spring cocktails and mocktails recipes to make your life a little more festive.
Gather around, ladies. It’s cocktail time, but not just any cocktail time – it’s LUXYTIME. I don’t know about you, but I like my drinks not only tasty, but also pretty. We’ve made a list (and checked it twice) of some of our favorite yummy and beautiful libations for our LUXYMOM® sisters. Do you prefer alcohol free? Don’t worry, Sis – we have you covered, too.
Grilled Peach and Rosemary Prosecco
To kick off the list, we’re heading to blogger Willow Arlen of Will Cook for Friends. We found her recipe for Grilled Peach and Rosemary Prosecco and did a full flip. Give me Prosecco and the sweet taste of peach any day!
I made this little beauty and oh my goodness! Not only does this little baby have bubbles, but the sweet taste of peach and the fragrance of Rosemary just make this cocktail divine. Perfect for a baby shower or brunch with the gals, you will love this combination.
For a non-alcoholic version: Replace the Prosecco with your favorite brand of carbonated peach or lemon lime flavored water.
Blackberry French 75
Next, is a classic with a twist on a classic. Introducing the Blackberry French 75. Created by Heather Christo who loves curating delicious allergen free recipes, she gives us glam and gorgeous with her creation.
This cocktail lets you feel like you are right back in New York city amongst the lights and glitter. With the addition of the beautiful color of the blackberries and fabulous edible flowers, this is romantic, feminine, and timeless.
For a non-alcoholic version: Check out Zero Zero Deluxe Sparkling wine in place of the champagne and nix the gin.
Raspberry Lemon Frosé
This jewel is Paleo diet friendly and a nice refreshing way to enjoy a delicious and frosty Rosé. We found this beauty at a fabulous menu planning website created by Leanne Ely at her website SavingDinner.com.
It is her goal to help families get back around the table and she was part of the booming new industry of menu planning and she had been subbed the “mother” of menu planning. Make sure to check her out!
For our Sober Sisters, replace the alcoholic Rosé with Pierre Chavin Perle Rose Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rose Wine and substitute the vodka with raspberry juice.
Some Like It Hot
I love this movie. I mean, give me Marylin Monroe, Tony Curtis, and Jack Lemmon any day! So, when I came across a drink named after one of my all-time favorite flicks, I knew I was going to try it.
I found this yummy recipe at Cointreau’s website and I highly suggest filtering though the site. It is a virtual wonderland of deliciousness! Now, conventionally – I dislike jalapeños, BUT… this was a perfect addition. Give this swanky little ditty a try.
