It’s hard to believe the year is almost half over! But that means Fourth of July festivities are around the corner. It’s such a fun time of year, and just as with any holiday, it’s fun to look festive. But we don’t need to be cheesy about it. So what to wear? For me, it’s time to bring out the white jeans for a crisp summer look.
Whether you’re headed to a beach, a barbecue, or to any other get-together, this is one of LUXYMOM’s™ recommendations for a casual yet stylish outfit. You’ll look chic and festive – but not overdone.
What To Wear With White Jeans To A Fourth Of July Party
When I’m dressing up for a holiday or an event, I don’t go overboard with a theme. I work the theme into my style, rather than the other way around. This way, the look isn’t cheesy, but fashionable.
Too many moms sacrifice style for comfort, and many times just have a hard time figuring out what to wear. But this look is both comfortable and super stylish, so you can’t go wrong.
How To Put Together This Outfit
Pair an all-white bodysuit (or, you can substitute a stylish tank top, or wear a flowy tank over a bodysuit), with a pair of high-waisted white skinny jeans, like these ones from Pilcro, an Anthropologie brand.
By the way – this body suit has become a quick favorite of mine. It’s a uniquely designed bodysuit, because it pulls down in the back so you don’t have to take the whole thing off when you need to use the ladies room! It’s kind of revolutionary. I’m going to take this moment to thank stā BODY for sending me this white one – I will be buying it in black as well, because I truly love it so much.
For more on this bodysuit, read my story about all of its features and why I think every mom should have at least one – plus, they’re giving LUXYMOM™ readers 20% off by using promo code LUXYMOM at checkout. Go there now and shop away – you have until July 5th to use your promo code!
Turn up this all-white number with your favorite blue and white accessories like I did here with my blue heels and a blue and white belt that I “borrowed” from my sister about 15 years ago. In my case, my “red” in my Fourth of July outfit will probably be a glass of rosé.
